Why this blog commentary?

My mom told me that many were concerned and interested in how Poland and I am doing during this time.  I decided to give you a glimpse into my experience here in Poland through the last several entries.
The funeral of President and Maria Kaczynski was today and I had the honor of watching it on TV.  I have a English speaking Russian channel that give very good commentary (they all sounded American) and the reporter has lived in both Poland and Russia so he gave a very balanced and interesting commentary as well as important history during the funeral.

I hope you will be able to understand this beautiful country a bit better.

Start with "A Weekend of Farewell".

Please pray for Poland.

Ron and I were on vacation when we heard of the plane crash. My heart and prayers are with the country of Poland. I can't imagine their loss. It would be as if Air Force One crashed with all our leaders onboard. It would be devastating to the country, regardless of people's political differences. Let me know how things are going with you and the people of Poland. As the Bible says, we "weep with those who weep".
