A Day Off!

Last year I was challenged to take a "Sabbath" day. Sunday is that for most, but for me it is not. For many months I have not taken a FULL day each week and just rested my soul, body, and spirit. Since I have been taking Monday's off, I have not been as weary of every day life here in Poland. So, Monday's are my off day. I sleep in, read, watch movies, hang or go visit non-ministry people and even go somewhere if I so desire. It has been a wonderful practice for me and I have started to really protect this day. I even hope to continue this when I have my furlough in Colorado!
