I was introduced to Polish movie theaters last night. What a great time! Heidi and I went to see Pride and Prejudice. It was a great experience. Stadium seating, dolby surround sound and it was subtitled in Polish so that I could enjoy it along with the Poles! It was interesting how they just ended it and did not include the American ending. . . very interesting.

That is so awesome that you are back in Poland! I miss it sooo much!! I remember all the movies I saw there with my team! They were great! Please tell Jola and everybody that I said, 'Hello'. Take care!
The "American" ending is the reason I almost didn't see this film! As a lifelong P&P fan and a fan of the BBC version, when I heard they'd changed the ending, I was appalled! WHY would they change the end of a classic, and one with a good ending already, no less?! I was finally convinced to see it, and I really did enjoy it. But why did they tack on that extra 2 minutes of totally unbelievable celluloid? Crazy :)
