Blessed Baptism

Sunday was a very special day for two very special people in my life.  Jacob Hash is the son of my teammates, and we have kind of adopted each other.  I am his "Auntie Alice" and he is my lil' bro.  It has been a wonderful experience to watch this "boy" transform into a young man.  Sunday was just one more step toward manhood.  Gosia is a young woman who met Jesus by reading the classic, "Crime and Punishment".  This book caused her to question her sin and through a two year journey, has come to faith in Jesus.  Gosia and I have been meeting together for a year now and she is learning how to follow Jesus with all of the heart, soul, strength and mind.  Sunday was blessed for me, as I witnessed  Gosia overcoming her shyness and willingly told her story to a full crowd and then followed it with her public declaration of following Jesus.  Here are some pictures of this blessed event.
